I bought the floss, along with the charcoal toothpaste and mouthwash at the same time, as recommended by my nutritionist for helping to re-mineralize my teeth. I'm not sure which product is working, I'm assuming all 3 together, but they're definitely working and the products are doing what they claim. My teeth are whiter, bacterial type issues under a couple teeth is gone (used to have an odor at times when using regular floss, no longer), and my 1 sensitive tooth is no longer sensitive. I think what surprised me the most was my receding bottom gum-line started growing back in just a couple weeks, and is almost completely healed. I just thought it would always stay that way - nothing else I ever tried worked, so imagine my surprise when I saw healthy pink gums and my gum-line almost all healed in a short time. Amazing! Ive used sever types of 'sustainable' tooth floss, this one is the best by far. Clean really well, glass refillable container. Doesn't get better than that.
